Tattoo FAQ

Does it hurt?

There will be some discomfort. Most of my clients describe the pain from 1 (no pain) to 10 (unbearable pain), I usually get between 2 to 4. There are the rare clients that say they don't feel anything at all, and others saying its about a 7.

Pain is different for each person. But I will do my best to keep you comfortable.

Can I Use Numbing?

Please do not use pre numb. Pre numb creams will have to stay on your skin for at least 30 mins. Skin does absorb the liquid in the numbing as it goes into your skin. This will make the skin soggy, filled with water. So when I put the ink in, it dilutes the ink, making the tattoo heal faded and not as crisp.

If you have a long session, the tattoo is lined and skin is opened, I do offer spray numbing that goes in instantly, this will help the next part which is shading.

When Can I Book?

My books open for each city about 1 month before arrival. This is usually announced on Instagram and on the front page of this website.

When books are open for a city, you will find it available on home page of website or instagram.

How does Deposit work?

Deposits are non refundable. They are taken to reserve the spot and for the time of  sketching and getting your stencil ready

Please do make sure you are ready to get the tattoo. When we book you in, we commit our time and drawing effort to you, and all we ask is that you are committed to getting what you requested as well!

Do you reuse needles

I never reuse needles. Each session, the needles used is brand new and still in packaging. You are welcome to inspect the needle we before start.

Sanitation is very very important to me. The studios i use will have to strictly observe local health regulations, with a clean and bright environment.

How Does touch ups work?

I do offer ONE free touch up for my tattoos within 6 months of the tattoo session.

Finger tattoos do not include a touch up because healing is undetermined due to the amount of hand washing and touching. This risk is also advise to each client that request for a finger tattoo.

How does Pricing Work?

I price my tattoos by piece. Not hourly. The price is determined by intricacy, size, color and placement.

The more detail a tattoo is, the longer it will take, and the more expensive it will be.

Color tattoos take longer than black and grey tattoos, this is because color ink is thicker and takes more time to work into the skin.
